Inventory Analyst in Austin, TX / Remote

Job Title: Inventory Analyst

Location: Austin, TX (100 % remote, however, Austin area preferred for advancement opportunities)

Duration: 3+ Months (Possible extension)

Rate: Up to $18/hr W2

Role:
Research Inventory Inaccuracies Comparing what the co man shipped vs what was received for transfers Working what the co man shipped vs what was produced Assist with production and receipts Weaver and ASM production Bethlehem receipts Assist with fulfillment of sales orders and transfers As an example, we use our co-man and warehouse portals for inventory review, we also use Nulogy, HighJump, SPS, MercuryGate, Navisphere, NetSuite, etc.

Below are the qualities that will make this candidate successful:
Candidates must be proficient in Excel Excel savoy-able to run pivots and v-lookups tor 1k line spreadsheets Inventory control experience to grasp the concepts of how inventory moves between co-man to warehouse to customer Experience in CPU is a plus Experience in a warehouse is a plus Thirst for data quality and integrity Ability to work with co-mans and warehouses to obtain information when requested

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or Business.

Background in inventory or purchasing helpful.

100 % remote, however Austin area preferred for advancement opportunities.

Hours
– Monday-Friday first shift, Central Time.
