We are looking for adata-driven individual with excellent analytical skills; someone who is an independentself-starter with experience in product conversion, engagement, and retention, and possesses apassion for delivering data-driven insights to join Intuit’s Mid Market Analytics team.What you’ll bring 5+ years of experience working with product analytics, web analytics, customer care analytics,or other customer experience analytics Highly proficient in SQL, A/B Testing, Tableau, and Excel.
Familiarity with Product AnalyticsTools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.) Experience in programming languages and stats packages (e.G.
Python, R); experience indevelopingand deploying machine learning models preferred.
Experience in driving end to end measurement frameworks Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivatingstakeholders to act on recommendations Ability to influence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership level Strategic thinker with ability to provide solutions for business problems Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical leaders andcolleagues Proactive and inquisitive learner seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change thatsolve for our customers, rather than reacting to circumstances Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, orrelated field.
Master’s Degree preferred.How you will lead Provide guidance and thought partnership to Business leaders and stakeholders on how bestto harness available data for critical business needs and goals.
Effective storytelling with data, to educate and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to acton recommendations.
Manage the full cycle of iterative big data exploration, including hypothesis setting, datacleansing, insight generation/visualization, and action planning Design and implement the approach needed to methodically and iteratively structure, extract,analyze, validate, and communicate data backed insights Partner with cross-functional teams to design and build analytics and reporting tools that areinstrumental to automated self-serve Use expertise and independent judgment in collaborating with peers, data engineers, databasemanagers, and business analysts Maintain a culture of high-quality output and growth mindset.
