Citi’s US Personal Banking Operations team is comprised of several customer-facing servicing functions.
The Employee & Client Comms Lead is a seasoned professional role developing and executing the employee communications strategy that facilitates understanding of the business priorities and drives engagement for one or more of these functions within the Operations organization.
The role requires in-depth understanding of corporate internal communications practices and an ability to work with others on the team to contribute to the communications objectives of the entire US Personal Banking Operations organization.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide and influence others.Responsibilities:
• Work with Operations SVP of communications and individual business function leadership to develop and execute internal communications plan and messaging, to include delivery in channels such as employee all-hands meetings, editorial, manager talking points, video etc.
• Partner with culture-driving teams within the organization to consult, develop and deliver communications in support of Citi’s leadership principles and culture
• Develop initiative-specific communications, organizational announcements
• Source and support leader visibility opportunities inside the firm; partner with Citi’s Global Public Affairs team to consider external opportunities
• Source, develop, and ensure relevance of content for various internal channels to extend exposure of initiatives/successes within the broader Citi organization
