Tatum has been engaged by a Private Equity held company to identify an Interim CFO to the lead and execute the carve out opportunity for their business.

responsibilities:
Interim CFO to lead and execute on a carve out project to stand up business.
Be prepared you will be the architect for the strategy and to lead the execution of the build out.
qualifications:
- Must have healthcare and carve out background
- Private Equity experience
- Must set up ERP, back office, systems, business processes, etc.
- Must be able to commit through the early Fall
- Can be a remote role
