Intake Specialist

AlderLaw P.C., is seeking a self-motivated Intake Specialist who is eager to professionally develop in the Plaintiff Personal Injury legal industry and ready for immediate hire.

The Intake Specialist will identify applicant incident causes, review and collect appropriate and relevant information, and manage the initial steps of incoming potential case(s) in a fast-paced Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.

The Intake Specialist will also manage basic, day-to-day office administrative tasks while working closely with the Attorney’s and Paralegal’s.

The Intake Specialist will be responsible for:Corresponding with potential clients and screening each call;Inquiring on pertinent and relevant information from each new and potential case;Coordinating sign-up’s of new clients;Sending letters of representation to pertinent parties;Assisting in tasks including, but not limited to, contacting clients, doctor’s offices, insurance company’s, and defense attorney’s;Accurately and effectively enter data into case management system;Other support as appropriately needed.Skills:Experience in a Plaintiff Personal Injury environment (preferred);Proven track record with quality customer service skills;Detail oriented;Excellent secretarial and organizational skills;Basic computer and software skills (Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, Etc.)Must be punctual, have a Team Player attitude with a desire to professionally develop.MUST BE BILINGUAL
