Job Summary
MiniCo Insurance Agency, LLC is looking for a dynamic and customer service driven individual to join our team!
The position will help service, rate and write commercial insurance policies in our Phoenix, Arizona office.
Responsibilities and Duties
Providing customer service to agents
Managing an assigned territory
Reviewing Pricing, rating & issuing policies
Processing endorsements
Highlighting the benefits of our program to current and prospective clients
Work on special projects or programs as directed
Ongoing insurance education
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to learn and use new software
Strong sense of Customer Service
1+ years of Insurance experience
P&C knowledge
Attention to detail
Must be able to successfully build relationships with agents
Insurance technical training consisting of CPCU, IIA, CIC or similar training is a plus
