We deliver a direct response to our customer’s needs, focusing on technologies that set the stage for growth JOB DESCRIPTION As a Windstream Enterprise Inside Client Advocate, you will: Proactively reach out to a base of established Windstream Enterprise clients to build and maintain relationships while enhancing our customer’s businesses with our cutting-edge technology solutions.

Act as point of escalation to ensure that Develop and foster relationships with decision makers and/or IT vendors with the goal of becoming the go-to resource for communications solutions.

Work with Sales partner to upsell communication solutions to decision makers within a designated customer base.

Leverage your expertise in a consultative sales approach as you design a customized communication solution for your clients.

Develop proposals and negotiate pricing within company margins.

Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to generate new revenue.

Meet or exceed monthly renewal and conversion goals and initiatives.

Adhere to quality standards, including efficiency, customer feedback, and knowledge-based metrics.

Record all activities, transactions and communications with customers.

Understand the latest products, processes and promotions to provide the right solution to our clients.

Make outbound calls to identify and engage decision-makers and close sales.

Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Sales Support teams to determine appropriate solutions to meet client needs.

Close sales and track orders through to service delivery in order to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
