Injection Mold Operators

Baxter Enterprises, a full service supplier to the plastics industry, has immediate openings for entry level injection mold operators in its Winchester, TN location. We have openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts for full-time employees. Competitive wage/benefit package includes $40 weekly attendance bonus, periodic pay increases, $1.00 per hour night shift premium, a comprehensive benefit package including medical, telemedicine, dental, vision, prescription, life, disability, and supplemental insurance offerings, 401k with employer match, paid vacation, paid holidays, education reimbursement program, wellness program, and on-site gym.Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be able to stand continuously, read, write, perform simple math, be able to distinguish color, use both hands and arms, perform basic computer data entry, meet attendance and quality requirements, inspect and pack product, assemble various components and parts, apply labels, complete production paperwork, lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
