This is an excellent opportunity to grow a company from the ground up.Qualified candidates must have:* Strong work ethic and be punctual* Bachelor’s Degree in business/marketing (MBA Preferred) * SC BIC license/status* Good standing with SC LLR, SC SOS* Possess a thorough understanding of office compliance/supervision* Experience with supervising & training staff* Experience in negotiating & perfecting purchase agreements* 3 + years’ experience selling residential real estate* General understanding of accounting and budgetingThe BIC’s responsibilities will include:* Office Supervision & Compliance* Negotiating & perfecting purchase agreements* Supervising & training licensed salesassistants* Marketing the company’s services* Achieving production goalsThis is a full time position, flexible work schedule and option to work remotely.
