CDL A is required.Our projects are regulated by federal and state laws which require all employees to successfully pass criminal background checks, MVR, and drug tests (post-employment and random testing).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIncumbent must have the skills, ability, and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation:+ Safely operate the on-board hydro-vacuum system outside the truck and perform other duties such as clean-up, mobilization, and general maintenance of the equipment+ Always communicate effectively and professionally and to demonstrate a strong customer service focus in all interactions+ Lead and direct personnel to perform duties/tasks in a safe, timely, and efficient manner+ Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and as the need arises perform minor repairs to equipment+ Attend safety meetings and ensures all tasks are always completed in a safe and professional manner+ Properly document all Company, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork as required by law and/or established policy in a clear and legible mannerExperience, Qualifications & Education+ Previous hydrovac, trucking, vacuum truck or other related industrial experience preferred.+ Must have a minimum CDL A; with an acceptable driving record.+ Safety certifications preferred (eg.
First Aid/CPR, Fall Protection, Confined Space)+ Experience in a labor-intensive position and working outside in all types of weather conditions+ Ability to work independently in a team and safety focused environmentWORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:+ Construction work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.+ Work may be performed outdoors in extreme temperatures and conditions+ Able to stand and walk the project site throughout each shift
