Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing a broad range of project support for the implementation of Workday, The Walt Disney Companys digital platform to support HR Transformation. Responsibilities may include testing, data validation, training, and other project related assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing of Workday business processes
- Validate integration of data between Workday and SAP HR
- Assist with the development and/or delivery of end user training
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Workday or SAP
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative manner with team members in various time zones
- Demonstrated ability to adjust to change in a positive, productive manner
- Ability to balance and respond to competing priorities
- Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a natural curiosity to understand the business process
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work experience with data integrations and/or data conversions
- Prior experience with HR or Workforce Management
- Prior experience in testing system enhancements
