Overview: Alliance Cancer Specialists, the largest community oncology practice in SE PA, is seeking a full-time Human Resource Assistant for their Feasterville-Trevose business office.
Under the direct supervision of the HR Generalist, the HR Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department.The Human Resource Assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities:Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.Provides clerical support to the HR department.May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors in Workday.Assemble, distribute and track candidate offer packets and required actions.Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
Work with new hires to collect necessary paperwork.Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :High school diploma or equivalent.
This entry-level position, requires 0-2 years of experience in office administration, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Excellent organizational skills are necessary in this role, as well as detail-orientation and a professional demeanor.
Familiarity with MS Outlook and PeopleSoft databases are preferred.
