Carolina Ale House was established in 1999 and is our largest concept with locations throughout the southeast.

Our HOSTS are our masters of positive guest impressions! These team members are often the first and last faces our guests see when visiting our restaurant. Our team welcomes guests and seats them comfortably and appropriately for the time of day and their preferences. Hosts answer phones and keep our to-go customers comfortable during any wait they may have.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to greet and serve all guests in a fun, engaging, energetic manner
• Maintain a positive, energetic, fun attitude toward guests and team members.
• Model Carolina Hospitality
• Model company values of Compassion, Integrity, Enthusiasm, Quality, Creative Thinking
• Learn & possess a proficient knowledge of our food and cocktail menus
• Follow all steps of service
• Learn & execute all food, alcohol, and safety policies & laws. 
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested
