You are eligible for a bonus worth 10% of your total compensation with the company during the Earning Period, which begins on your first day of work and ends on the earlier of: 1) when you earn $5,000 in total compensation; or 2) at the end of your 90-day introductory period with the company.

You must be employed through the end of the Earning Period, performing at a satisfactory level, completing at least 40 days of active assignments if your Earning Period lasts the entire introductory period, and sign the bonus plan agreement, which contains the applicable terms and conditions.
