We are looking for a helpdesk intern to join our team.
You will put your technical expertise to use, providing our more than 700 home office employees with the technology support they need to do their jobs.
In addition, you’ll provide technical recommendations and support to our more than 2,000 advisors and their staff regarding any technology they use.
You’ll also have exposure to many skill sets and areas of expertise within the IT discipline, so if you’re looking to carve a path, this is the place to start!

Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Technology team with any tasks that enhance efficiency and productivity Prioritizing and processing help requests to identify and resolve technical issues Providing technical assistance to home office staff, as well as to Commonwealth advisors and their staff, on a wide range of issues and products Core Strengths
Strong people and customer service skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, as well as phone etiquette, listening skills and attentiveness, and follow-up skills Ability to accurately and effectively identify and remediate technical problems though the use of available resources Team and detail oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Independent and able to follow direction Have we piqued your curiosity?
