This individual will work a 4×10 schedule out of our Central Facilities Area approximately1 hour from Idaho Falls.* Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, Bull Dozers, Cranes, dump trucks, tank trucks, semi-trucks, tractor trailer combinations, and flat beds.* Must be able to qualify and build understanding and experience in hoisting and rigging.Minimum Requirements:* High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience* Previous experience using backhoes, excavators, road graders, heavy snow removal equipment is strongly preferred.* Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a security “L” clearance for duration of employment.* Must be capable of satisfactorily completing facility specific, continuous and professional development training as required for duration of employment.* Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining DOT medical qualifications so as not to limit satisfaction of the minimum requirements defined in this document for the duration of employmentPreferred Requirements:* Must have a valid class A CDL and ability to obtain both H and N endorsements.* Hazmat endorsement preferredJob Information* Salary Grade: $39.16/hr (at the time of posting; this is a bargaining unit position)Certifications: DOT Driver, Crane Mobile, Crane Overhead, Testing Designated Position (TDP)Surveillances:Noise (Hearing Conservation Program)INL is a science-based, applied engineering national laboratory dedicated to supporting the U.S. Department of Energy’s mission in nuclear energy research, science, and national defense.
