Our client is working with us exclusively to find a newly Head of Talent.
As part of the HR leadership team you would develop a longer-term talent strategy, and focus the talent acquisition and development offering against that strategy.
This role leads and develops the regional leadership development philosophy, strategy, and offerings.
Manages consistent application of processes and standards across the enterprise to support development.
Serves as a dual role to oversee talent acquisition and learning & development.
This person would help shape and define a regional talent strategy that accelerates business performance.
Develop strategies to identify critical skillsets and create a roadmap to future proof the business.
This will include consideration of talent attraction, talent assessment, organisation design and development, succession planning and employee engagement.
A thought leader with commercial acumen, experience with transformation and change management, and creating and tracking data and analytics.
