You will be a trusted advisor to the Head of Operational Excellence and Discipline and the Chief Transformation Officer.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing enterprise-wide change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
In addition, you will support and collaborate on the development of Western Union (WU) Way transformation vision (story of the future) and strategy (change management plan).
This will be supporting customer centricity (values) and active participation (motivation) in the overall WU strategy delivery (“A vision and strategy owned by everyone @WU”).
You will formulate a strategy and drive a WU Way Practice for Change Management, Compliance, Risk, and Audit.
With a forward-looking vision, you may touch all things that affect or enhance Western Union’s WU Way culture and operational discipline.
They will interpret how a diverse and expanding set of stakeholders view and understand Western Union, its products and services, and its ability to execute using lean-agile principles.
For such a critical role, you will need experience in a leadership/management role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
Education or equivalent experience is required.
Proven expertise in compliance, risk management, or audit field.
History of managing global teams with particular emphasis on the ability to project manage and deliver results successfully.
It will also be desirable if you have the w orking knowledge of IT Development Operations.
Having a dvanced oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management to enable leadership success.
Experience with preparing board reports and presentations is a plus.
Have a s olid business acumen.
Also, you will need experience in establishing metrics for measuring the success of a team and an organization in Transformation: knowledge and the expertise around lean management and agile development methodologies.

The on-target earnings range is $ 300,133 -$ 498,600, which includes a base salary of $166,741 – 277,000, short-term (30% of base), and long-term (50 % of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance.
Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
