What You’ll Do:
Monetization of an unmatched virality program Oversee CAC tracking and calibration on a daily basis to drive macro-level decision making around budget allocations and forecasts across all paid marketing activities Lead eCommerce, pricing and promotional strategies and constantly calibrate both in alignment with the business, market dynamics, LTV impact and campaign/seasonal opportunities Own day-to-day performance across the brands, flagging areas for opportunity with individual channels managers and highlighting wins across the team Build brand awareness strategies needed to reach different customer segments, leveraging user research, market insights, and an understanding of our industry to identify, attract, educate, and retain customers Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections Evaluating, developing and communicating our marketing strategy and marketing plan alongside our CMO Working with the CMO to ensure marketing programs are effective and in line with the brand and strategy Track, analyze and report on campaign success, ROI, and contribution to sales Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to ensure active content is deployed effectively, while potential creative gaps are recognized and accounted for Own our pricing and promotional strategies and constantly calibrate both in alignment with the business, market dynamics, LTV impact and campaign/seasonal opportunities Build out a comprehensive Growth Strategy function, with a focus on driving growth through coordination of cross-functional initiatives, analysis of pricing, promotions and insights Serve as a Growth liaison, collaborating with partners across Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Comms, Design, etc.
Support innovation in high-volume social ad creation, landing page testing and other drivers of conversion and performance
Your Qualifications:
We are looking for a superstar that has 10+ years of DTC and B2B2C marketing experience.
Comfort in serving as the deployment and acquisition expert, teaching others, while leading a team of data-driven, consumer-centric marketers A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and a minimum of 10 years in or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities Have a broad knowledge of direct to consumer, wholesale and ecommerce business processes Experience in building, marketing, and running a marketing team
