Job Summary –
Manage all aspects of the day to day successful operation of the Hatchery.
This includes maintaining all documentation and log sheets, ensuring all associates are properly trained in all aspects of their position, and maintenance of all poult room equipment.

Regular lifting egg baskets that average around 25 pounds.
The employee will be bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and handling incubator and Hatcher racks well as egg baskets and poult boxes
Fast paced manufacturing environment where the ability to multi-task is of utmost importance, and quick solution to any problems that may arise is accomplished.
The employee will be working the majority of the time in enclosed and semi-enclosed building, generally ranging from 60 deg.
To 99 deg.
Work areas include concrete floors (wet at times).
Protective mask, safety glasses and gloves are needed at time.
The employee must comply with OSHA and Butterball rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
