Data Analytics team is continuously evaluating and implementing new solutions on SAP Hana platform enabling business analysts to derive deeper insights from data. We are a global team of IT professionals who operate in fast-paced and high velocity environment. We are seeking to fill this role with someone having solution design, technical consulting, team leadership, and project management skills.The successful person for this job will be able to use his/her strong SAP HANA Data Modelling domain experience to lead the global implementation of data analytics solutions. HANA Data Analytics lead will lead the planning, design, implementation phases of SAP HANA / XSA / UI5 based solutions. Having prior experience of SAP ECC and CRM development is an added advantage. You will be working closely with different functions to understand their requirements and be able to translate and implement that into a technical solution.The candidate must be a team player, an effective communicator with ability to work independently and manage outsourced development resources.Key accountabilitiesCollaborate with users to understand new analytics requirements and design innovative solutions on SAP Hana XSA Modeling and SAP Hana XSA applications using Nodejs and UI5.Create new data models in SAP HANA based on business requirements. Required to develop Hana models on real time replicated data from SAP ECC and CRM systems.Implement best practices on Hana scripting and data modeling, implementing role and row level security and code migration standards.Design Analytic Reporting solutions on BOBJ Suite, Qlik Sense or Spotfire for Services, Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functional areas.Perform proof of concept study for new technologies and solutions in Data analytics domainFoster knowledge sharing, improving processes and practices between Business and IT teamsEffectively work across cross functional teams in different geographiesProvide Performance Tuning expertise to investigate and perform Root cause analysis along with recommendations on how to optimize HANA ModelsUse Knowledge of SAP HANA 2.0 Architecture, such as Star Modeling concepts across containers, HANA XSA container Modelling, SAP UI5 & Nodejs related artifacts from SAP HANA to build analytics solutionsManage and execute complex, large scale initiatives delivering solutions across multiple technology verticals
