ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesProvide advisory services to clients in one or more of the following areas: financial management, cost analysis, cost estimating, business case analysis, economic analysis, operations, program management, and data analyticsLead teams of 2-4 people to balance a variety of assignments and independently manage time and resources to deliver quality work by established deadlinesOperate in a detail-oriented manner, with flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to multi-task to quickly adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad hoc requestsBuild client relationships by 1) exceeding client expectations, 2) sharing insight on the clients business and industry, 3) following industry trends, 4) applying knowledge and experience to develop relevant solutionsBuild internal network and understanding of Guidehouse capabilities to identify opportunities to address client problems to grow our portfolio of business QualificationsQualifications RequiredAbility to analyze data and present findings in written reports and presentations in a concise manner that is relevant to the intended audience to support decision-makingDemonstrated ability to perform data analysis and data visualization using industry leading analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, SAS, Tableau, etc.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement multi-phased solutions to address complex problems Proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member Ability to facilitate conversations and ask probing questions to illicit a clear understanding of the clients problem statement and current stateAbility to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguityExperience briefing Department of Defense leaders at the 0-5 and above levelsMinimum Years of Experience: 4 yearsMinimum Degree Required: Bachelors, experience can substitute for educationAbility to hold a Secret ClearanceQualifications DesiredMasters Degree in one of the following areas: MBA, Economics, Data Analytics, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldClearance PreferredBackground in a DoD development and/or acquisition environment is preferredConsulting experience or internship Additional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
