Guest Services – Remote Temporary Associate

Summary: This position is responsible for answering of calls from customers, vendors or general business inquiries.

Remote Position:

This is a remote work position, working from your dedicated home office. Candidates need to be located within a commutable distance to our corporate location in Egg Harbor Township, NJ in order to report to the office as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Answer customer calls and resolving issues or concerns within predefined parameters.
  • Respond to customer complaints by the timely coordination of field input where required.
  • Respond to internet inquires or concerns and resolve as needed.
  • Maintain files and report the monthly activity of calls.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. This includes Microsoft Office programs.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong positive attitude towards customers and business.

Schedule & Shifts:

10am – 6:30pm

11:00pm – 7:30pm

1:30pm – 10:00pm

3:00 pm – 12:00am

**Must have availability to work nights & weekends**
