CARROLL is acquiring a beautiful 300 unit Apartment community in the Federal Heights area!

We are looking for resident focused professionals to join our team to deliver a Carefree Living expereince to our residents!

As a CARROLL Groundkeeper, you will support the Maintenance Team for keeping the grounds of the property in an attractive condition; for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks and alleyways of the property in a clean and safe condition.

Assist in other types of maintenance when necessary.
You will
* Pick up litter on grounds and waters lawn, shrubs and flowers as needed.
* Spray with insecticides as needed.
* Maintain watering and drainage systems.
* Assist in inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies.
* Assist with any emergency maintenance.
* Clean all hallways and common areas including laundry center.
* Clean all parking areas.
* Clean all sidewalks and alleyways.

Requirements:
You have
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Desire to work hard and grow
* 1 to 3 months of work experience
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
