A Grievance and Appeals Coordinator is needed for a major managed care company in Tampa, FL Shift (Start/End Time): 1st Shift, 8-5 M-F Duration of Assignment: 3 Months Pay Rate: $20/hr Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project: Analyze and resolve verbal and written claims and authorization appeals from providers and pursue resolution of formal grievances from members.
Employee will be joining appeals team and will work with providers, members and other appeals staff to process Behavioral Health files.
Job Requirements: Required Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills Time management Ability to work in fast paced environment Preferred Skills: Experience in appeals, claims or related managed care position
