Position: Marketing Design Coordinator

LOCATION OPTIONS: St. Louis, MO

Dallas, TX

Phoenix, AZ

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities include:

? The primary focus of this role is creative design for graphic images, marketing material layouts and templates, identifying and designing creative elements to boost proposals and marketing materials, and work in conjunction with all members of the marketing team to aid in group projects as assigned.

? Creative graphic design being the foundational talent of the coordinator, the individual must possess additional capabilities to compliment the marketing team.

? As a key member of a small marketing team, the Marketing Design Coordinator must be willing to assist where needed to include other tasks beyond strict creative design duties.

? Performs the following marketing functions with direction of the Marketing Manager, as needed or requested:

? Participates in the development of, and is responsible for, maintaining all marketing resource material templates and formats, such as brochure templates, proposal formats, and graphic templates.

? Develops creative content and graphics for social media platforms.

? Organizes, coordinates and controls activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations, and submittals as assigned.

? Coordinates, assembles, and prepares materials for client presentations and interviews, with direction from Marketing Manager.

? Assists with team interviews, conference preparation, and seminar presentations.

? Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service through meeting deadlines, acting as a team player, with a service-oriented attitude at all times.

? Assistance with design or maintenance of website, as requested.

? Assists with group mail-outs; maintains mailing lists, if assigned.

Requirements:

? 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the AEC industry, however not required.

? Excellent time management skills.

? Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

? Ability to maintain a sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads.

? Excellent ability to multi-task, responding to constantly changing needs and schedules within agreed upon number of work hours (29 hours per calendar week.)

? Editing and proofreading abilities.

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

? Experience with website design and development.

? Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
