Design, Build & Develop innovative university strategy which is scalable across regions.

University Talent is a high-priority and significant part of Adobe’s hiring strategy.

We are focused on hiring undergraduates up to PhD and MBA level to fuel our diversity and innovation.

As Global Head of University Recruiting you will lead the University Recruiting team and craft a cohesive program to attract and convert a steady pipeline of top undergraduate, PhD and MBA talent into Adobe.

Lead the business recruiting efforts and determine the strategic direction and objectives of global Talent.

What you’ll do Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet Adobe’s strategic objectives.

Design customized and executable hiring strategy / plans while building excellent relationships with the talent teams, cross functional teams (Total Rewards, Communication, Talent Marketing etc) and across Adobe client groups.

Go to person for University recruiting across all functions (Technology, Field, G&A, Research etc.) which consists of University Grad hiring, Interns hiring, College programs management and Strategic partnership with external partners.

Design and carry out global projects related to university recruiting, including Program channel implementation, Virtual engagement strategy, Big Bets, Event planning and Reporting.

Drive global consistency in University hiring process, Headcount allocations, Programs, Reports and Analytics, Big Bets, Virtual Engagement Strategy etc.

Challenge the status quo and consistently seek opportunities to innovate and re-engineer processes to improve our ability to hire the best talent in the best way.

Act as a Champion for University talent by appropriately and continuously communicating successes and wins throughout the organization to enhance credibility and reputation.

Develop our global approach and utilization of data insights and metrics, ensuring our data informs decisions and metrics to drive performance.

Build investment strategies for each school.

Using a tiered approach, develop relationships with professors, deans, and career counseling offices.

Craft speaker and event series that position Adobe as an employer-of-choice for targeted talent.

Execute University talent philosophy of “Hire top University talent based on measurable skills and capabilities.

Focus on “Top Students” rather than “Top Schools” What you need to succeed Have a proven background in partnering with Global Tech and Non-Tech organizations of leading Enterprise SaaS companies.
