nn nn n nn nnThe eCommerce Fulfillment Analyst will be responsible for analyzing eCommerce and omni channel activity, identifying and resolving issues, and developing recommendations for courses of action.
In this role the eCommerce Fulfillment Analyst will work with cross functional teams throughout the company to gather data utilizing various resources and then reproduce the data into presentable formats.
The eCommerce Fulfillment Analyst will also communicate findings to all levels of the organization and use data to create strategies to improve various facets across the order fulfillment network.
The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter, detailed oriented and support numerous projects.nn nn n nn nn Major Activities -nn nn Analysis nn Provide analysis and recommendations to optimize sales and margin for all eComm initiatives.
Monitor and analyze order life cycle for all Omnichannel orders.
Update shipping optimization tool and ensure desired KPIs are achieved related to cartons per order, split shipments, and fulfillment costs.
Develop SLA reporting for eComm initiatives specific to each node.
Partner with Store Ops to develop and maintain monthly scorecard and identify trends related to BOPIS, Curbside, Same Day Delivery and Ship From Store initiatives Build, update, and share reporting related to fulfillment costs with cross-functional teams nn n nn nn Shipping Supply Management nn Create monthly reporting to evaluate shipping supply usage vs budget and forecast for Ship From Store orders Partner with Transportation to monitor monthly shipping surcharges and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage eComm packaging supply orders for Distribution Centers.
Make recommendations on specific package type needs.
nn n nn nn Project Management nn Lead or participate on process improvement teams and prepare project reports for management.
Identify resources needed to reach objective and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
nn n nn nn Ad hoc nn Extract insights from a smaller extraction of data on an as-needed basis to answer a single business need or query nn n nn nn Other duties as assigned nn nn n nn nnMinimum Educationnn BS or equivalent Business, retail or related field nn n nn nnMinimum Special Certifications or technical skillsnn Microsoft Office literate, especially Excel.
Alteryx experience preferred nn n nn nnMinimum Type of experience the job requiresnn 2-5 years in Analytical role, eCommerce or Finance preferred.
nn n nn nnOthernn Ability to work comfortably on unstructured problems/tasks.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints.
Knowledge of data gathering through various software applications.
Keen attention to detail and technical acumen nn n nn nnPreferred Special Certifications or technical skillsnn Experience with eCommerce Order Management Systems nn n nn nnPreferred Type of experience the job requiresnn 3+ years in retail planning or analysis.
