About Us: Description: We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who is able to provide exceptional service for all internal and external guests, while providing a thorough check-in/checkout experience exceeding our guests expectations.Duties and Responsibilities:Greet all guests upon arrival at the hotel in a courteous and professional manner according to brand policy.
Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to understand requests, respond with appropriate action.Complete guest arrival process by inputting and retrieving information from Property Management System.
Follow company and brand policies and procedures for a successful guest experience.Verify and perform accurate credit card authorizations, handle billing issues in a professional and efficient manner according to training standards.Promptly answer the telephone in a positive, professional manner to efficiently assist the caller.Utilize effective and guest centric problem-solving skills to resolve billing issues or service quality issues.Ability to take pride and ownership of guest challenges and follow through to ensure an elevated guest experience.
