This is a Full-time position in Boston, MA posted November 1, 2021.

Job Description
– Front Desk/Patient Services Coordinator (3167776)

Monday-Friday: 3 PM
– 7 PM

Saturday: 8 AM – 6:30 PM

Sunday: 9 AM – 5:30 PM

Join a newly expanded mAb clinic specializing in the care of high risk COVID positive and COVID exposed ambulatory patients meeting criteria for emergency use authorization monoclonal antibody therapy.

Working closely with the Administrative and Nursing Leadership team, the incumbent provides scheduling and administrative support in an ambulatory care setting and will be responsible for assisting with coordination of the day-to-day operations for the outpatient practices.

Patient Check In utilizing appropriate patient identifiers

Review and confirmation of demographic and insurance information

Assisting with scheduling any add on in clinic needs

On demand printing of mAb fact sheets

Scanning of Consent to Treatment

Patient Check Out and End of Day schedule reconciliation

  • Associate’s Degree preferred.

    High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    Experience in a medical or healthcare setting, with specific experience in the outpatient/ambulatory care setting.

  • Exceptional computer skills (including word processing, database, electronic mail, internet, and spreadsheets) required.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, flexibility to handle multiple tasks and deadline pressures, and accurate attention to details.
  • Must have the ability to be function in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands effectively.
  • Requires a high level of empathy, compassion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and courteously with diverse groups of patients, staff and providers while handling various tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledgeable and compliant in all hospital, State and Federal regulatory requirements, including hospital policy and procedures (where applicable to the performance of the job), Joint Commission, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
