The front desk professional sets the tone for our five star experience by: Talking to our current and future members about how the Elements Wellness Program is the best way to continue their care Greeting every call and client with a smile Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless and accurate Working with massage therapists to ensue clients get the best care possible Helping us to meet our industry leading COVID-19 safety and cleaning standards Have no trouble striking up a conversation with anyone in the studio whether they are a stranger or a long term member Listen to every client?s needs and discuss their long-term wellness care at Elements Massage Taking safety and cleanliness seriously
