Adecco is assisting an equipment rental company in Culver City, CA recruiting to immediately fill an onsite Front Desk Admin Receptionist role.

Payrate is $17-$19/hr DOE.

Shift M-F, 8am-5pm.

This is a temp-to-hire assignment.

Duties and Responsibilities: Greet incoming clients and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phones courteously and professionally, obtaining correct names of callers Sign in visitors using online badging system Process outgoing and incoming mail and FedEx/UPS packages Backup for hospitality duties, i.e.

making coffee as needed Other duties as needed Requirements: Personable, service-oriented demeanor in person and on phone Experience using multi-line phone Must be able to report reliably and consistently to work on time Neat appearance Comfortable with primarily a stationary, front desk role Bi-lingual Spanish or German a plus What’s in this for you?
