The skill set and expertise of a successful Venturity CFO includes:
A minimum of 5 years prior CFO experience Executive level communication skills Strategic planning and leadership Accounting department management and oversight Financial analysis Budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling Prior accounting experience a plus Diverse industry experience Capital raising experience M&A transaction experience Building scalable operations Operational process development Adaptable to various client environments Team-based work style Intuitive, problem solver Takes initiative, action-oriented Values client relationships and committed to providing an exceptional client experience Values alignment rooted in integrity, mutual respect, and trust Previous fractional experience helpful

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required CPA designation preferred Must have 5-years of hands-on CFO experience Experience with multi-company business Experience in expanding, fast growing organizations
