With multiple locations throughout US, we have great teams to conduct our moving pickups and deliveries.FOREMAN POSITION Foreman position is an extremely important role in our company.

The foreman is responsible for the process of the pickup of the moves that he or she is assigned to do.
– The foreman is to make sure that he/she has all appropriate packing and tools in the truck prior to leaving to his or her pickup.
– The foreman must call the customer 1 hour prior to arriving to his or her visual estimate.

Foreman’s phone call must include a somewhat of a short introduction of him/herself and an estimated time of arrival to job site.
– The foreman must be properly dressed, having a professional and presentable appearance.

Must do a technical estimation of the volume of the customer’s belongings in cubic feet.

Must introduce the crew and the procedure of the move to the customer in a professional matter.
– The foreman must be able to close the job in a friendly and efficient matter.
– The foreman must organize the job process with the team.

Foreman is responsible for all the packing, inventory, labeling and stacking.

The foreman must rate the crew members properly and report that to the management team for future effectiveness.Foreman requirements:
– 2 years experience in moving industry
– High School Diploma
– Teamwork ethics
– Fluent in speaking, writing and reading the English language
– Experience working with customers with a respectful and kind manorNon Essential Functions and responsibilities
– May be asked to come to work outside of usual schedule.
