Builds base of experience with different types of property which can range from simple commercial properties to those that may take days or even weeks to complete.

Underwrites, researches and writes Title Policies for primarily commercial transactions, in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations.Essential FunctionsFamiliar with all aspects of title work, including closing requirements and title search skillsPerforms title examination for wide range of title orders, primarily commercial which may also include title searchesAbstracts and analyzes records to verify legal description/ownership given type of tile order and completeness of requirements and exceptions to title, which may also include review and research of non-recorded informationResolves most issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory informationPrepare title commitment based upon application of procedural guidelines and review of report for accuracy Select and prepare appropriate write-ups for Policies and endorsements for both standard and extended policies based upon application of procedural guidelinesProperly price searches/commitments, policies and endorsements using appropriate schedule of fees and charges in variety of jurisdictionsutilize technical bulletins, experienced team members and company underwriters in order to evaluate and resolve issues and problems in commitments and policy write-ups.
