We are committed to dependability, teamwork, honesty, fun, and achievement.A Day in the Life of a 2nd Shift Production AssociateAs a production associate, you will rotate through a variety of set tasks:You’ll spend part of your day producing batches of coatings products by reading order tickets, locating raw materials, and operating mixing equipment while meeting company standards for quality.

The other part of your day will be spent filling containers with finished goods and palletizing them.What You Will Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPCAt a minimum, you’ll need:* Education generally equivalent to a high school diploma* To be at least 18 years of age* To be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.* A passionate & positive can do attitude and willingness to learn.

We train our production associates onsite on our processes and procedures.
