Feedmill Unloader/LoaderPOSITION SUMMARY:The person in this position is responsible for operating the load out system to all trucks with the proper amount and type of feed needed. This person directs truck drivers to the proper load that they will haul.REPORTS TO: Feed Mill Supervisor & Manager* Load trucks with the correct feed* Use the load out printer and scales* Schedule loads* Keep track of all incoming and outgoing loads* Keep work area clean* Other duties as assigned by management* Must obey all USDA, HACCP, and PLANT rules and regulations including safetyQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED* Physical demands: Standing, walking, lifting* Dependability a must* Able to bend and lift objects* Able to read English* Take responsibility for work area and equipment* Must be flexible & able to work other shifts ( if needed)* Ability to work in team environment* Must be able to pass drug, alcohol and basic screening
