Job Description

WANTED: An experienced Fabricator to provide Engineering, Technical, and Assessment Support (ETAS) services for the National Assessment Group (NAG) consisting of independent, rapid assessments to research, demonstrate, and evaluate system capabilities, technical parameters, threats and vulnerabilities.

As a fabricator providing ETAS services, you will:

Support government Technical Director and Project Officers in execution of organization assessment requirements.

Participate on a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals.

A week in the life of a Fabricator:

Support development and evaluation of test plans and event execution documents.

Support the team in assessment design, the establishment of measures of performance and evaluation, and subordinate test requirements to ensure proper and successful data collection and analysis.

Offer risk reduction strategies, and risk mitigation plans, and fully document existing processes, project enhancements, and test results.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience in general and structural fabrication to build stands, support structures for instrumentation.

Skills in welding, woodworking, metal fabrication, electrical and signal cabling, basic mechanical and electrical systems.

Draft fabrication plans and recommendations.

Maintain shop, shop equipment, shop supplies.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Convey information in a clear and concise manner via verbal presentations, producing written products, or otherwise informing senior stakeholders at the senior executive level.

Prior experience working on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic matrix management environment.

Demonstrated experience and expertise with test and assessment, operational assessment, demonstration processes, procedures and techniques, design, data collection, and reporting.

Experience with the Microsoft Office product suite, and the ability to learn new production and statistical software.

Ability to understand a wide variety of advanced technical information, acquisition and procurement processes, and systems integration concepts.

Demonstrate skills to obtain measurements and signals data, conduct data analysis, and present data in graphic, tabular, and narrative forms.

Must have current US Passport at task start.

Must have current TOP SECRET clearance with SCI Eligibility.
