Strong focus on Customer Experience is critical.Provide Administrative support to the Chairman, Administrative Director, Director and staff at all times.
Schedule and maintain appointment calendars, physicians schedule, accurately recording meetings, conferences, lectures and coordinate conference calls.Type meeting minutes, reports, grants, letters, memos protocols, slides, etc., must be accurate and timely.You are required to prepare and submit department staff and faculty appointments, promotions, evaluations and other changes timely.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and superb organization skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task and the ability to anticipate the needs of leadership are essential to this role.
The ability to work with internal and external executives, vendors and to accurately place orders in Lawson, update and maintain contracts, and the ability to interact with patients, families and physicians to ensure all patient needs are met are critical.
Special Requirements: Education:2 year degree or equivalent preferred but not required.Experience:Professionalism, Transcription, Confidentiality, typing 45-50 wpm.
Experience in Work, Excel, PowerPointSecretarial experience in health care preferred.Scheduled Days / Hours: mon-fri 8am-4:30pm
