You can also follow us on Twitter and Facebook.ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:The Executive Coordinator performs complex and confidential administrative services for Hospital Administration.* Provides assistance on additional administrative projects and tasks as assigned.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:* At least five (5) years Administrative and/or Executive Secretarial experience.* Must have organizational ability, experience in supervising and the ability to relate to a variety of personalities.* Must have a professional appearance and manner.* Must be able to perform tasks on a continuous basis without supervision.* High school graduate.* Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.* Ability to maintain accurate records and statistics.* Ability to prioritize and follow through independently on standard and advance work and projects with frequent interruptions.* Exercises sound independent judgment in initiating actions and responding to inquiries.* Ability to independently compose a variety of materials in presentation format.Preferred Qualifications:* Experience working with top management in a hospital or corporate environment is desirable.* Two (2) years of college or business school or equivalent in experience.
