Executive Assistant

Our client, a professional association, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their office in the downtown area. In this position you will support the Director of Health Equity Performance. You will be operating with a team that is rapidly expanding and you will need to be able to take on special projects as the division/team evolves. This temporary potion starts immediately and will be remote for now.

Responsibilities:

• Calendar management,
• Expenses
• Travel arrangements
• Admin support for the department
• Project management/special projects

About You:

• 3+ years of experience
• A self-starter and can work independently
• Can work in a fast-paced office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
