POSITION SUMMARY
Constellis Global Support Operations is seeking a business development professional to lead and coordinate business development activities to create growth for the business unit. This position will report to the Chief Growth Officer. This position will lead Business Development for Global Support Operations. A global business unit with approximately $500M in annual revenue providing force protection, K-9, fleet management, facility O&M, medical support services, construction, training, unmanned aerial systems, and mission and contingency support. This position will be responsible for developing strategic growth plans, opportunity roadmaps, and strategic engagement campaigns. This position will be responsible for annual bookings goals, managing budgets and resources, investment planning and budget management to accomplish the highest probability of win. The VP will manage cross functional teams assigned to support projects. This position will participate and provide expertise and leadership in the annual strategic planning process and annual operating plan development.

- Develops and implements effective win strategies and capture plans for specific opportunities
- Moves assigned opportunities through the Step Review Process
- Coordinate’s development and implementation of communications/marketing campaigns supporting capture efforts
- Prepares and oversees implementation of effective customer call plans
- Manages customer and stakeholder engagement
- Builds capture teams and assigns capture responsibilities across the company in coordination with functional area leads (Contracts, Pricing, Finance, HR, etc.)
- Prepares detailed competitor analyses
- Identifies qualified teaming partners
- Develops pricing strategies in coordination with the Pricing Manager
- Supports development of all proposal volumes, including the cost volume narrative
- Participates in the development and execution of all periodic reviews
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and other practices set forth by upper management
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE requirements
- BA/BS
- 15+ years capture management experience
- 15+ years proposal development experience
- Active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility
- Multi-disciplined experience leading winning US government captures (>$100M) in one or more of the following areas: international security operations; logistics, construction, infrastructure, operations and maintenance; Intelligence Community
- Familiarity with capture tools (GovWin IQ, Salesforce, etc.)
- Proficient with gov’t opportunity databases (eSAM, FPDS, etc)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
