Our direct client is seeking an Escrow Servicing Specialist for a hybrid remote/on-site 6-month contract opportunity.

Contractor will be responsible for setting up escrow accounts and overseeing the monitoring and disbursement of insurance (hazard, flood, wind, etc.) and tax (County, School, Township, etc.) payments.
Contractor must be able to manage a growing pipeline and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders such as loan officers, team members and borrowers.
Contractor must be self-motivated and be able to work in a hybrid working environment (remote and on-site).
Additional responsibilities includes research, reconciliation of invoices, reporting and handling of mail.
Contractor must be able to work onsite a minimum of 3 days a week or as assigned by manager.
While working remote, the contractor must have access to a reliable computer, internet connection and be able to have work calls forwarded to their personal phone.
