The ERP System Analyst will be tasked with supporting basic system maintenance, reporting, security, and triage of system issues.
The ERP System Analyst will act as internal customer service to end-users, ensuring there is continued accuracy and confidence in the assigned systems.
Activities And Responsibilities * Support the ERP system (Infor CloudSuite Financials and PSA system) and other systems as identified and necessary* Respond to end-user inquiries and issues to ensure a smooth and responsive user-experience* Develop and maintain custom reports* Assist in maintaining system standards for cleanliness of data* Support System Administrator in execution and testing of functionality expansion* Monitor system upgrades and new functionality rollouts* Test system for health when impactful patches are rolled out* Flag new functionality in the short and medium term that can be used by PMG * Create and maintain documentation for assigned systems regarding customizations, processes, and common troubleshooting steps* Work with vendors, Director of Business Systems, and/or the System Administrator to be current on product features* Assist in education of the PMG end-users on available and new functionality* Responsible for application configuration, as assigned.
Monitor system configuration effectiveness.
Utilize prescribed department change management processes to report anomalies, errors, inaccuracies, or inefficiencies* Collaborate with the user community, Director of Business Systems and System Administrator to provide various other support tasks for systems, projects and initiatives Requirements And Competencies * Experience with Infor (or a similar cloud-based ERP system)* Experience in project-based services industry, preferably biotech and pharmaceutical consulting, although management consulting, IT implementations, legal firms, etc.
may be sufficient* Ability to negotiate and prioritize competing deadlines* Strong analysis skills; the ability to understand the what and why of an end-user request, not just fulfill specifications* Familiarity and ability to understand business, financial, and common accounting practices* Comfortability with business analysis, accounting, FP&A, or similar roles as this will require familiarity with business process* Strong customer service orientation* General understanding of appropriate workflows, relational database concepts, and package system implementations Any data provided as a part of this application will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
