Positions available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts! All shifts are Mon-Fri!
1st shift-6am-2:30pm
2nd shift-2pm-10:30pm
3rd shift-10pm-6:30am
Pay Rate of $14/hr
E&P Operators are responsible for manufacturing and inspection of mechanical forging products according to the quality customer specifications. E&P Operators should report the details, measurements and improved results of nonconforming materials to leadership.
Job Requirements:
⭐Inspect for product defects prior to packaging
⭐Load products according to schedule provided
⭐Maintain all production requirements for products
⭐Follow designated priorities in order to maintain schedule completion as directed
⭐Maintain production reports and checks within work area requirements
⭐Packaging of products as specified by quality documents
⭐Abide by basic Quality and Safety standards/procedures within work area at all times
⭐Ensure all products loaded are on the appropriate hanger and in proper location as directed
⭐Ensure any Safety or Quality defects/concerns are reported to Supervisor in timely manner
⭐Identify and report mechanical/production materials in need of repair and/or investigation
⭐Report and/or record quality data as applicable for work area
⭐Follow safety and quality standards to meet cycle times for maximum production efficiency
⭐Assist with improvement/refinement ideas for work area.
⭐Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
⭐Maintain respectable positive attitude towards co-workers and superiors
⭐Promote and maintain a safe and healthy working conditions for all employees
⭐Maintain good working relationships with fellow operators, quality control and inspection personnel
Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write information on production and quality reports
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
