Assists with inquiries and transportation requests if necessary.

Provides outstanding customer service in all interactions.

Essential Functions: Greets and directs patients, families and visitors to the appropriate healthcare services location or provider offices.Dispenses masks and other PPE as required and necessary during COVID Operational Phases.Answers questions via telephone and in person.Assists patients with securing wheelchair assistance and transportation needs.Maintains Germ Buster stations in front entrance and screening locations and requisitions associated supplies.Other duties as assigned.Demonstrate Standards of Behavior and adhere to the Code of Conduct in all aspects of job performance at all times.

Position Requirements: For employees working on site at any CH location, being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is an essential requirement.

Qualifications: Required:High School diploma or equivalent.One year customer service experience.Ability to communicate effectively.Basic Computer skills.
