Overview:Reports To: Enterprise Content ManagerPrimary Functions: Develop implement and manage effective enterprise content management systems and practices.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in preparation of business proposals, recommendations, evaluations and selections of content management systems and other technologies and tools to assist the organization.Actively participate in the development, testing, implementation and ongoing support of all content management systems.Assist in the collaboration with business units to define requirements and work flows to enhance operational efficiencies.Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide taxonomies for managing electronic information. Assist in the classification of enterprise content; ensure metadata is standardized to improve usability and correct inconsistencies.Participate in the development and implementation of content management procedures.Assist in the development of content management systems related training and develop advanced features and functionality for credit union employees.Develop a working knowledge of all systems used in the Enterprise Content Department; be familiar with all department operations.Develop awareness and knowledge of current industry trends as well as current methods and technologies with relate to the Enterprise Content Department operations.Prepare and maintain system documentation.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Four years experience in content management or related field in a professional role.Experience/Skills: Two years experience in content management or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Initiative and the ability to see projects through to their completion. The ability to perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives and make or recommend sound decisions. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Tenure: Enterprise Content Analyst II, Category 08 requires two year tenure in the Enterprise Content Analyst I, category 09 position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Senior Enterprise Content Analyst, Category 07 requires one year tenure in the Enterprise Content Analyst II category 08 position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.Equal Opportunity Employer
