ENT Opportunities for Growing Practices in Southeast Wisconsin

This is a Contract position in Milwaukee Metropolitan Area, WI posted November 14, 2021.

We are seeking board certified otolaryngologists to join our growing practice in key Midwest metropolitan clinics.

  • Work Monday through Friday and be home for dinner
  • No on-call, no weekends 
  • $700k First year guarantee, with higher ongoing earning potential
  • Cooperative team atmosphere, with the autonomy of the small clinic environment
    • 2-6 skilled APPS per office who manage new patients visits, CT scan, prep and follow up allows physicians to focus at top of practice
    • Collaborative team of MDs to share best practices that improve patient outcomes

Our Physicians consult with patients to understand short- and long-term health issues, and assess needs through physical examinations, medical histories, diagnostic tests, and laboratory studies. They communicate effectively to provide guidance, recommendations and instructions to patients regarding medical care, guiding them through the decision-making process on recommendations and courses of action.

  • Interpret and evaluate patient data to determine treatment plans and manage patient care services, documenting in EMR system and ensuring continuity of care.
  • Perform therapeutic procedures as indicated with a focus on simple office-based procedures when applicable and surgical intervention when necessary.
  • Lead the local clinical care team, working alongside all members to provide superior clinical patient care, mentoring staff and providing guidance on patient interactions.
  • Participate in the clinical care leadership team alongside our other Otolaryngologists and under the leadership of the Director of Medical Affairs to discuss best practices that drive superior patient outcomes.
  • Oversee several Advanced Practice Providers (APPs, a.k.a. Physician Assistants and Nurse Partitioners), providing mentorship and support in ENT specialty knowledge,
  • Participate in events, networking and seminars for patients as well as industry events, conferences and seminars for continuing education and enrichment.
  • Maintain valid national and state license to practice in the assigned region.
