Hi, We have an urgent requirement for ” ERP Business Analyst With Record to Report Experience ” with one of our Client @ Chicago, IL.

Currently its remote but need to relocate when Client feels the right time to move.Location: 100% remote for now, but will have to return to an office, Chicago downtown, IL.

· Accounting experience and related education
· Accounting ERP implementation experience
· Experience in financial reporting
· Must have worked on at least one large ERP implementation as a team member or lead on the R2R team.
· Critical thinker with the ability to work through business scenarios and prove out theories for accounting use cases
· Full project life cycle experience working closely with Project Managers and Business UsersDesirable:
· CPA backgroundWhat is the project: The Agility Program is made up of three critical components.
· Core ERP solution definition and rollout (Agility)
· Standard suite of solutions definition, building the necessary interfaces and integrations, rolling out a “complete” solution suite
· Best practices and SOPs definition, documentation, and training.
· Accounting experience and related education
· Accounting ERP implementation experience
· Experience in financial reporting
· Critical thinker with the ability to work through business scenarios and prove out theories for accounting use cases
· Full project life cycle experience working closely with Project Managers and Business Users
· Ability to lead meetings, including preparation, agenda, execution, notes, follow-up
· Ability to gather and document business, functional or data conversion requirements
· Experience creating process flow diagrams using Visio
· Knowledge of business processes – at least one of O2C, Inventory, P2P, R2R.
· Experience supporting development of test cases and training material
· 3-7 years of experience as a BA
· ERP background and knowledge
· Excellent oral and written skills
· Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools
· Work with Business Leads to define business problems
· Work with Business Leads and SME’s to document business rules, business requirements, process flows, user stories and other project artifacts
· Identify system gaps
· Assist QA team with development of test scenarios and expected results
· Assist with the development and validation of training materials
· Prepare and help deliver business process workshops and design sessions
· Complete activities and deliverables per project plan
· Help track completion of system gaps
· Recommend solutions to the business in the capacity of a trusted advisor
