https://www.2-10.com/careers-welcome/ What is the role and where can you add value?2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is seeking a highly motivated and customer centric individual to Join our Enrollment Underwriter Team.

This team member will serve as a subject matter expert in Enrollment Underwriter and will have a strong work ethic and enjoys leading a team.

The position requires extensive knowledge of the terms and conditions of the 2-10 warranties to accurately advise and educate builder/sales/homeowners and others of the responsibilities and obligations under the warranty.

As a Lead Enrollment Underwriter you will apply your knowledge, energy and problem solving skills to ensure an extraordinary customer experience.

You will have the opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities and the ability to grow within the organization.Core Job Responsibilities: + Ensure exceptional customer service to internal and external customers+ Accurately enter and process enrollment forms into the system and validate all information.+ Responsible for processing highly complex enrollments.

This will require critical thinking, consistent follow up and the ability to make sound decisions.+ Initiate contact calls or written correspondence to title companies, builders, and clients as needed to capture all necessary details related to the enrollments.+ Respond to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from Builders, Sales, Engineers, and team members.+ Audit home enrollments to verify risk management and eligibility requirements are met and ensure all information is complete and accurate+ Identify and resolve inadequate applications and associated revenue by performing follow ups through written and oral communication within required timeframes+ Manage assigned SharePoint tasks by administering the enrollment underwriting process, which includes researching facts and gathering documentation necessary to ensure are standards and requirements for the enrollment have been met by Builder/Seller to complete enrollment.+ Ensure that Service Level Agreements and deadlines are met by coordinating and following up with all necessary parties+ Document all customer interactions in a clear, concise and informative matter+ Enrollment Underwriter Subject Matter Expert.
